For the past forty-nine years, I have been involved in the equipment leasing and financing industry. The first thirty years, as both a third-party lender and a lending partner to manufacturers and franchisors. And, over the last almost twenty years I have I led a successful captive global finance company for a leading equipment manufacturer. That captive financing company financed billions of dollars every year using floor plan, retail financing, leasing, supplier financing and other financial products. Our programs where available in over forty countries and provided commercial, consumer and dealer financing.

Jessica Hetherington, a certified coach, for the last seven years, has focused on helping small businesses grow and scale their businesses. Her emphasis is on branding, marketing, strategy, and sales enhancement. She provides guidance, support and the sounding board that is so crucial to the success of a small business that does not have the resources to staff all these needed disciplines.

While experience is crucially important, we believe the real value of experience is in its ability to help create and embrace change! Improving what you do is important but is that enough in today's world were your competitor is creating a new way of going to market. Sears vs. Amazon, Yellow Taxi Cabs vs Uber, the PGA Tour vs. LIV Golf, I could go on and on. Disruption is in every industry so maybe we all need to think about disruption in a unique way.
